This Privacy Policy describes how Web Content Creators ("we", "us"), registered in Hong Kong (Business Registration No. 41133353) at Unit B, 12/F, Hang Seng Causeway Bay Building, Hong Kong, handles data in connection with the SG Property Data API and MCP server at sgpropertydata.com (the "Service").

What we do not collect

The Service requires no account, no sign-up, and no email address. There is no login. We do not knowingly collect personal information such as your name, email, or physical address through the Service itself.

What we do collect

  • Payment data: calls are paid via the x402 protocol using a blockchain wallet address on the Base network. Wallet addresses and transaction details are public on-chain by the nature of blockchain payments; we do not store more than what's needed to verify a given payment, and we do not attempt to link a wallet address to your real-world identity.
  • Standard request logs: like any web service, our infrastructure (Cloudflare, and our hosting provider) logs IP addresses, timestamps, and requested endpoints for security, abuse prevention, and debugging. These logs are retained for a limited period and are not used for advertising or sold to third parties.
  • No cookies, no tracking: the Service is an API and MCP server, not a browsable website with sessions, so we do not use cookies or browser-based tracking.

Third parties involved in processing

  • Cloudflare, as our edge/CDN provider and the operator of the payment gate in front of the Service.
  • The x402 payment facilitator, which verifies and settles on-chain payments. It sees the payment transaction itself, not the rest of your request.

We do not sell data to third parties, and we do not use any data collected through the Service for advertising.

Your rights

Since we hold minimal data directly attributable to an individual, most data-subject requests (including under Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance) will have little for us to act on beyond log-retention questions. If you believe we hold data about you and want it reviewed, deleted, or explained, contact us below.
